Scope:
The Working Group presently focuses on the creation of a guide aimed at bringing clarity into the beneficial owner disclosure process in various countries. The relevant data is presently being collected by means of a questionnaire issued to the CSD community in the first quarter 2019. As a further work item, the Working Group will turn its focus towards industry trends in Proxy Voting.

  • September 2019: Issue draft recommendations / guidelines
