The New Norm – Automation

Please find here the fifth – and final – article, prepared by ISSA’s New Norm Working Group, that deals with the impact of the global pandemic on the Securities Services industry. This time the Working Group looks at the topic of automation. The participants explore how a combination of the pandemic, the increased capabilities of modern technology and the digital revolution are helping the Securities Services industry focus on improving long-standing, and previously tolerated, manual processes both within individual firms and in partnership across the industry. 

ISSA would like to thank the New Norm Working Group participants for their focus and energy in tackling some of the key topics that have impacted the industry over the last two years during the pandemic.
