Change in OC Member – BNY Mellon

ISSA is delighted to welcome Fiona McNally as the new Operating Committee (OC) member for BNY Mellon. Fiona is the Global Head of Network Management at BNY Mellon. In this role, Fiona is responsible for setting Network strategy, providing global and regional direction and owning the end-to-end business management aspects of managing BNY Mellon’s Direct & Sub-Custodian markets.  

Fiona will replace Andy Smith who has been an active member of ISSA since 2015 and a member of the ISSA Operating Committee since 2017. Andy has been instrumental in driving forward a number of ISSA initiatives, particularly the work on the Securities Services Risk papers, and we would like to thank him for his support and dedication in both the OC and the ISSA Working Groups.
