ISSA Working Group Webinar June 2025
ISSA will soon be holding our first Working Group Webinar of 2025. This event free to all attend and we welcome as many people as possible from ISSA member organizations who may benefit from attending.
Logistics
The Webinar will be a single two-hour session which will be held during one morning and then repeated the following afternoon. This will enable our members in different parts of the world to attend a session that is in – or close to – their time zone.
The Webinar will be held virtually on Teams on the following dates:
- Tuesday 10 June 2025 10:00 – 12:00 CET
- Wednesday 11 June 2025 14:00 – 16:00 CET
Agenda
The aim of the Webinar will be to update the audience on the results of four of the ISSA Working Groups as well as provide a summary of ISSA’s 2025 activities to date.

If, however, you strive to make your onboarding processes better, this is the session for you. ISSA does not claim to have all the answers – nor necessarily be the best place to execute some of the answers. However we have a number of ideas and suggestions to help us all in the journey. Come, listen and help us improve the solutions. |
| Securities Services Risks 2025 WG | Emma Johnson, J.P. Morgan Andy Smith, Former BNY Karen Zeeb, ISSA | The Co-Chairs of the Securities Services Risks Working Group will walk through the highlights of the recently published 2025 Risks report. |
| Evolving Technologies WG | Steve Everett, TMX Glen Fernandes, Euroclear Colin Parry, ISSA | The technology that got ET home is no longer fiction (well in truth some of it probably still is) but being deployed across your peers and innovators. This short session is not about making you the best IT strategist in the room but rather about how ISSA is pursuing the knowledge that we can all put to work to achieve ISSA’s goals of increasing efficiency and effectiveness whilst reducing risk across the industry. |
| Asset Servicing | Ann Marie Bria, DTCC John Kirkpatrick, Broadridge William Hodash, ISSA | The Asset Servicing WG Co-Chairs will discuss recent outreach to corporate issuers and their agents to validate the WG’s research. Feedback from this outreach will influence a forthcoming white paper making the case for collaboration with Issuers and Agents on automating announcements in general, and proxy voting processes, in particular. |
