ISSA Symposium 2025 – Travel Arrangements
Travel from Zürich Airport to Wolfsberg – with Coach Transfer
- For participants arriving on the day of the Symposium, a coach will depart from the Radisson Blu Hotel at Zurich Airport and transfer them directly to the Conference Centre.
- Participants arriving earlier and staying overnight in Zurich are kindly asked to be at the Radisson Blu meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Coach assignments and exact departure times for all participants who have booked transfers to Wolfsberg will be communicated two weeks prior to the Symposium.
- In the event of flight delays or any issues upon arrival at the airport, participants should contact Miriam at +41 76 431 09 05 for assistance in reaching the venue.

Travel from Wolfsberg to Zürich Airport – with Coach Transfer
- For those who have booked return transfers, a coach will be available on the final day of the Symposium
- Departure times for the return coaches will be announced at the event on 7 May. We will make sure you get to the airport in time for your flight
- Please note: the coaches will only travel from Wolfsberg to Zurich Airport. If you require transport to Zurich city trains and trams are easily available from the airport, otherwise please reach out to Miriam at miriam.breil@issanet.org for help
