AI in the real world – where and how are capital markets firms really using AI today?
ISSA is collaborating with The Value Exchange, Broadridge and DeepSee, on the industry’s first global survey specifically on AI adoption in capital markets.
The aim is to quantify and qualify how AI is being adopted across post-trade operations today, where it is delivering value, and where it remains experimental.
The study will help firms obtain a clear, quantitative picture of AI’s maturity, future direction and business case within post-trade operations.
The research will look at:
- where AI is making an impact on today’s process flows
- which types of AI (e.g., GenAI, predictive analytics, NLP) are being deployed
- where AI is being used in post-trade (e.g., settlement, corporate actions, KYC)
- how firms are allocating budget
- the P&L contribution, the impact on efficiency and accuracy
- the barriers to adoption and enablers for success
By taking part, you will receive a personalized benchmarking scorecard, showing how your plans compare with that of your peers.
The survey is anonymous, takes around 10 minutes, and is open until 11 June 2026.
Your input will assist ISSA’s Evolving Technologies and AI Working Group prioritize its work on behalf of the industry.
