T+1 Pulse Survey Q3 2026: Where Does UK Readiness Stand?

As December 2026 milestones approach, help build the latest view of UK T+1 preparations.

We are pleased to invite you to take part in the new UK T+1 Pulse Survey September 2026, crafted by The Value Exchange and sponsored by DTCC, Euroclear and the UK Accelerated Settlement Taskforce, in partnership with ISSA, ISITC, ECSDA, The Investment Association and UK Finance.

A deep-dive into the UK’s transition.

The latest pulse survey returns to focus on the UK’s preparations for the transition to T+1 on 11 October 2027
With a number of UK AST recommendations carrying a 31 December 2026 deadline, followed by the first market testing window in February 2027, we want to understand how firms are progressing as these next milestones approach.
The UK’s approach is distinct, with its T+1 Code of Conduct and tiered recommendations providing the basis for the transition.

The survey explores:

  • Progress against key UK T+1 milestones
  • Operational readiness across the trade lifecycle
  • Automation, dependencies, and service-provider readiness
  • Budgeting and plans for market testing

Share where you stand. See how you compare.

By participating, you’ll receive a personalised benchmarking scorecard, available through The Value Exchange website, to compare your responses with your peers.
The survey is anonymous, takes 15 minutes to complete, and is open until 01 October

ISSA Members can access the survey here.

Thank you in advance for your time and insight.
