Last week, the ISSA Operational Resilience (OR) Working Group (WG) held a fantastic two-day workshop in London to begin developing the key components to be included in an OR Questionnaire. My thanks to all of the participants for their amazing collaboration, to the WG Co-Chairs – Alex Glass and Simon Shepherd – for their great leadership and guidance and to Cognizant for hosting us in their wonderful new offices. We will provide further updates as the WG progresses with this important effort.
