ISSA Financial Crime Compliance – Revised Questionnaire

The ISSA Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Working Group has updated the ISSA Questionnaire. The ISSA Questionnaire (or FCC DDQ – Financial Crime Compliance Due Diligence Questionnaire) is designed for organizations that provide securities settlement, custody, funds distribution or similar services.
The updated Questionnaire contains changes based on feedback provided by our members and the broader industry. The changes include additional wording on sanctions and sanctions screening, amongst others, which recognise the more challenging sanctions landscape since the issuance of the previous version of the Questionnaire.
